As a supplier Xindao is able to deliver hassle free deliveries to your doorstep, no matter if it is from our warehouse in Holland or directly from China. Our logistics are not only about hassle free deliveries, our aim is to serve our customers at the best possible way. This means we take great care in packing our products, so you are assured that your goods are safe during transport.

We are also proud on our speed of delivery, within 24 hours if necessary. And last but not least our pricing, due to constant innovation we are able to work with the most competative prices in the market. Main Features

Warehouse

The logistic center of Xindao is located in ’s-Heerenberg close to the German boarder.
The current central warehouse consists of 5.200 m² and has over 9.600 pallet locations. A second warehouse is used for bulk stock. Currently a new warehouse is build of 12.000 m² with over 27.000 pallet locations.

Collecting Goods

Orders can be picked up Monday – Thursday 08.00- 16.00 hours and Friday 08.00 – 15.00 hours.
To pick up shipments the sales order reference of Xindao is necessary. This always starts with SC. The truck that picks up the goods must be suitable to fit in the goods. There must be enough space to load the goods.

Delivering Goods

Delivery of shipments of Xindao takes place by reliable carriers. Shipments up to 5 pallets are always delivered with a truck with loading lift. If shipments are over 5 pallets and there is no loading dock or fork lifter available, always inform Xindao at placing the order. Extra costs can be charged.

The following countries are delivered on euro pallets: NL, BE, DE, FR, LU, IT, DK.
Euro pallets have to be changed directly. If no exchange takes place 10 euro will be invoiced.

Return Goods

To return goods please contact you contact person at Xindao. A return form will be send to you and if necessary a pick up will be arranged. Please always fill out the return form completely. Never send goods back without pre announcement.
