Our Solar Tree has won the Goodies d’Or award 2011!
More than 300 visitors voted for their preferred products during the three days of CTCO, which took place in Lyon in February, and the award was given at the ceremony that took place during the Premium Sourcing exhibition in Paris in September. Xindao is very proud the be the winner of this award. It is yet another validation of the progress we've made on our journey to design surprisingly different products. We did check all items piece by piece and carefully looked at buying prices, delivery times, current stocks, etc. For some products this means that we had to raise our prices and some we were able to keep at the current level. ISO9001 & ISO14001

Xindao passed both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 again! Till today Xindao is the only trading company in China who passed the TUV ISO 14001 certification. In the report the following issues were highlighted:
- Professional knowledge and actions for the factory environmental influence.
- A very good system concerning testing and control procedures.
Concerning the ISO9001 (already 10th year in a row)! TUV auditing team mentioned:
- The positive feedback from the customer survey.
- The fact how the team managed the economical situation.
But as always, for Xindao it is a challenge to improve and perform better in future.

During PSI Paris 2008 Xindao has won no less than 3 awards.
The first award was for the most “innovative collection”. During the presentation of the awards the jury emphasized that Xindao is constantly looking for new, innovative and sustainable products. The next award was chosen by the visitors of PSI Paris: Our Saving Box won the first price as most ‘innovative design‘. And last but not least there was the ‘Goodies d’Or’ for the Eclipse solar energy torch, this product was chosen by 10.000 readers of Objet’Mag as most innovative outdoor product. |

ISO 14001 certificate

Xindao has obtained the ISO 14001 certificate for their Shanghai office where currently 120 people are employed. The audit was executed by TUV Rheinland. On all points reviewed, such as environmental policy and management review, legal requirements and quality assurance (Xindao also has the ISO9001 certification), Xindao was evaluated excellent.We are very proud to be the first promotional product supplier in China to obtain the ISO 14001 certification. Warehouse expansion

Considering the rapid growth of our business and having almost outgrown our current warehouse facility, Xindao, together with logistics partner Rabelink, is building an additional warehouse facility close to the German border. This additional warehouse is 12.700m2 large, and gives room to 25.000 pallet places, holds 14 loading docks, and gives 300m2 office space. This provides the much needed warehouse space for storage, processing and shipping of our XD products in order to extend our service level in nearby future towards our customers. This additional warehouse will be operational from March 2009. |
