Dear Customer,
As announced, per July 1st the new Xindao pricelist is valid.
We did check all items piece by piece and carefully looked at buying prices, delivery times, current stocks, etc. For some products this means that we had to raise our prices and some we were able to keep at the current level. Unfortunately our average increase is 7,5%.
In order to be able to explain this increase to your customers I do give you again the reasons for the higher pricelevel in our industry:
· More expensive US Dollar compared to the Euro with 20% against one year ago.
· More expensive Renminbi (Yuan, Chinese currency) compared to the US Dollar.
· More expensive labor costs, due to a shortage of workers
· Higher prices for production due to higher volumes. Due to the European crises in general there has been
less orders placed in China last year, which has it’s effect on today’s orders and prices.
· More expensive transportation costs.
· Enhanced rules regarding working conditions, environment and introduction of minimum wages.
